Ashley Video Productions wins top awards for outstanding wedding videography.
First let us say that we did not get into the business to produce wedding videos for the sake of entering and winning competitions. We are in this wedding videography business to meet our customers’ expectations and their accolades are all we ever desire. That said, on our tenth anniversary year of producing wedding videography we entered two national video production competitions. Whatever the outcome we decided that we would make this a one time only experience, since what we care about most is how many brides and grooms we make happy not how many judges. The results are as follows.
Ashley Video Productions won the
top honor in both national video competitions. Winning in the
“Event Videography” categories these competitions were not limited
to judging of just wedding videography but considered entries from
all fields of video production!
The Videographer Awards
A national competition with 1839 entrants from 42 states that
judges entries against a high standard of production excellence. Ashley Video
Productions along with only 23 other entrants was given the
highest honor, the Award of Excellence, our work was acknowledged
as “ produced, shot and edited in a manner that is Exceptional. ”
Another 24 entrants won the Award of Distinction (projects that
clearly exceed industry standards) and 9 entrants won Honorable
Mention (for work judged to be above industry standards.)
The Aegis Awards
The industry’s premier competition for peer recognition of
outstanding video productions and non-network TV commercials. A
distinguished panel of judges representing industry professionals
from around the country recognized Ashley Video Productions. Top Honors
were received for its outstanding production quality of Wedding
Videography.
